Elizabeth Lewis, PT, OCSI am the owner and sole practitioner of Lewis Physical Therapy, PLLC. As my client, you will receive one-on-one sessions including: comprehensive evaluations, manual (hands on) therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic modalities and education on how to improve your condition, wellness and fitness. My pelvic floor physical therapy work addresses an overactive pelvic floor, which can cause conditions involving pain constipation/retention, or under-active pelvic floor, which can cause incontinence or prolapse. I also work with visceral and abdominal conditions including DRA, postpartum.

I specialize in women’s health, such as the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. I also treat men, pre and post-prostatectomy. I can treat spinal or hip dysfunction and limit my orthopedic practice to that, as it relates to prenatal, postpartum or pelvic floor issues. I was board certified as a clinical specialist in women’s health in 2012 and in orthopedics and 2004 and 2014. I am also certified in pelvic health, cold laser therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

From Lewis Physical Therapy Patients

Quote marksI whole-heartedly recommend Elizabeth and her services. She approaches your care with a holistic view, combining a multitude of strategies to find solutions that will work for you. This approach worked well for me. My doctor had only tried to find solutions for my issues via medication. Over the year that I saw Elizabeth she had dozens of strategies for me to try and, even though I have a very challenging case, we saw improvements. She combines her medical training with approaches anchored in a calming, meditative quality. Equally important, Elizabeth is warm and caring. Some might feel uncomfortable or awkward seeking pelvic floor PT but Elizabeth is so good at putting you at ease. I always looked forward to seeing her personally and professionally!

Quote marksElizabeth Lewis has a lot of tricks up her sleeve, she’s so knowledgeable about many different treatment methods. And she knows that what works for one patient, may not work for another. Best of all, I felt that she listened to me and that I was an active participant in my therapy.

Quote marksI highly recommend Elizabeth Lewis as a physical therapist. She is knowledgeable, caring and very effective in her work. I have been very happy with results I have had from working with her personally, as well as results for the clients of mine who I’ve referred to her for various issues. She has many years of experience, listens well, and works in a detailed, thoughtful and thorough way. She has that special blend of professionalism and compassion, making her treatments both comfortable and effective. I will continue to refer people to her for physical therapy with complete confidence in the excellent care they will receive.
