Elizabeth Lewis, PT, OCS
I am the owner and sole practitioner of Lewis Physical Therapy, PLLC. As my client, you will receive one-on-one sessions including: comprehensive evaluations, manual (hands on) therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic modalities and education on how to improve your condition, wellness and fitness. My pelvic floor physical therapy work addresses an overactive pelvic floor, which can cause conditions involving pain constipation/retention, or under-active pelvic floor, which can cause incontinence or prolapse. I also work with visceral and abdominal conditions including DRA, postpartum.
I specialize in women’s health, such as the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. I also treat men, pre and post-prostatectomy. I can treat spinal or hip dysfunction and limit my orthopedic practice to that, as it relates to prenatal, postpartum or pelvic floor issues. I was board certified as a clinical specialist in women’s health in 2012 and in orthopedics and 2004 and 2014. I am also certified in pelvic health, cold laser therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
